The Greenville CVB has compiled information from various sources to provide you with a snapshot of the economic benefits travel and tourism provide to our region. Sources include the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism, Smith Travel Research, Destination Marketing Association International and independent studies conducted for the Greenville CVB. 

Annual visitors to Greenville County exceed 4.8 million.  Visitors to Greenville County provide over $876 million in visitor expenditures and $51 million in state and local taxes. These travel expenditures benefit area residents with $228 million in wages and salaries and over 9.6 thousand jobs.
